When the Grand Millennium wanted to connect with its guests via social marketing for a restaurant launch, they turned to us to create an innovative campaign strategy that would attract thousands. Research shows that online visitors are always looking for rewards in return for their loyalty when they follow a brand. To encourage engagement with the Hotel’s community, we developed an engagement campaign with the strategy to reward their fans and influencers with what they love - excellent cuisine. Our integrated campaign involved development of custom digital experiences and food-driven, promotional contests, along with blogger outreach and media marketing that catered to the different interests of their key audiences and destinations.
