Fast-Growing Creative Agency Named Best Digital Category for “Visit Cambria” Campaign
San Luis Obispo, CA - SOLVE, a leading digital marketing agency was named as "Best Digital Agency" for its work with the Cambria Tourism Board for their "California Unplugged, Visit Cambria" campaign.

The prime goal of the Visit Cambria campaign stated Cohen; “was to create an extraordinary and engaging, integrated marketing campaign that provided a vibrant, rewarding and informative experience of Cambria’s unique destination and lodging offerings”. The multi-channel marketing campaign included creative digital and social strategies, cutting-edge apps, targeted advertising and unique branding opportunities (including wrapping a bus for the Hearst Castle’s visitors center) that provided a multi-channel, information source for visitors. “These campaign strategies were not only influential in growing a high level of engagement and creating a sustained buzz about Cambria, they also contributed to increased occupancy rates measured by a 2.0% increase in the Transient Occupancy tax collection over the previous year”.

ABOUT THE CAMBRIA TOURISM BOARD
The San Luis Obispo County Tourism Business Improvement District (CBID) coordinated the formation of the Cambria Tourism Board in an effort to create and implement new marketing ideas with a goal of bringing visitors to Cambria and increasing TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax). The funds provided are to be used to promote the area and generate additional revenues as well as support community events related to tourism. The Cambria Tourism Board secured SOLVE Agency to develop a strategic digital and content strategy and marketing plan to help guide the efforts in a strategic and tactically successful manner.
